Every Sunday at 10:00 AM we gather at AIRC in Westlands to worship, sit under the Word and be a family. Doors open at 9:00, and nobody will single you out.

What to expect

Worship, the Word, and people who will learn your name.

About two hours, start to finish. You can arrive knowing nothing about us and leave having been properly welcomed.

Passionate worship

A live worship team, eyes open, and songs that are about Jesus rather than about us. Stand, sit, sing, be still. There is no right way to do it.

Relevant teaching

We don't do surface-level teaching. Solid biblical truth, made for Monday morning, with your Bible open the whole way through.

Warm community

The Big Hug Crew are at the door before the service and the chai is out after it. Stay as long as you like.

The morning, hour by hour

How a Sunday runs.

Come at 9:00 or come at 9:59. Both are fine, and the second one is more common than you think.

  1. 9:00

    Doors open

    Coffee on, welcome team at the door, seats free. Early is the easiest time to arrive if you are new.

  2. 9:15

    Prayer

    Prayer for the crew and whoever came early. You are welcome to join in, or just sit with it.

  3. 9:55

    Countdown

    Five minutes on the screen. A good moment to check kids into C3 Kids and take a seat.

  4. 10:00

    Worship

    A welcome, then the worship team. Notices come after the music. Room to respond, and no expectation on you at all.

  5. 11:05

    The Word

    Teaching from Scripture, usually part of a series, always with something to do with it this week.

  6. 12:00

    Snacks

    Prayer at the front for anyone who wants it, and something to eat: tea, coffee, cocoa, maandazi, sometimes cake, sometimes fruit, out on the grass unless it is raining. The Visitors' Desk is there for guests, and the Info Desk for questions and signing up for anything.

First time here?

No spotlight and no stand-up-if-you-are-new moment. After the service the Visitors' Desk is the easiest place to say hello, and the Info Desk is where questions get answered and signups happen.

Where we gather

AIRC, inside the KALRO grounds.

Off Waiyaki Way in Westlands. Enter through the KALRO gates and follow our signage to the parking lot: it is a short walk from there to the building.

Free parking inside the grounds

Driving or coming by Uber: C3 Nairobi is on the map, so put it in and follow it to the KALRO gate off Waiyaki Way.
By matatu: alight at Agriculture or the James Gichuru roundabout. Ask for KALRO or Agriculture.
Tell the gate you are here for the C3 service. Our A-frame signage takes it from there.
Our team will wave you into the parking lot and walk you to the door if you would like.

The questions everybody asks.

What should I wear?

Come as you are. You will see everything from suits to sneakers, and nobody is counting.

Where do I park?

Free parking inside the KALRO grounds off Waiyaki Way. Turn in at the gate, follow our signage, and our team will wave you in.

What about my kids?

C3 Kids runs during the service in age groups from 0 to 15, all checked in and tagged. Babies and toddlers are with you at the back of the tent, in Toto's Corner, where you can still hear the preach.

Will I be singled out?

No. No spotlight and no stand-up-if-you-are-new moment. If you would like to say hello, the Visitors' Desk after the service is the easiest place.

Are we indoors?

We meet in the tent. The flaps open when it is hot and close when it is cold, and the fans keep the air moving, so it stays comfortable either way. Snacks afterwards are out on the grass unless it is raining.

Do I have to give?

No. Giving is for the family here, guests are guests. Please don't feel obliged.

Bringing kids?

They get their own Sunday.

C3 Kids runs alongside the service in its own age groups, overseen by Pastor Simba and run by Teacher Natalie. Babies and toddlers stay with you at the back of the tent, in Toto's Corner.

Kids don't have a junior Holy Spirit.
